We do not bill or receive payment from insurance carriers. This allows us to provide you with unrestricted, comprehensive care without the limitations that often come with insurance coverage.

Direct Primary Care is not insurance. Many members choose to pair their membership with a low-premium, high-deductible insurance plan to cover services provided outside the clinic, including diagnostic testing, specialist visits, and hospital care.

The membership does not include hospital care, obstetrical care, advanced pathology services, or laboratory and radiologic imaging; however, reduced-price lab and imaging studies are available at an additional, discounted cost. A current fee schedule for laboratory, imaging, and pathology services is available at the clinic and will be provided to patients before services are rendered, as well as electronically upon request.

Together, the combination of a Direct Primary Care membership with a qualified high-deductible health plan (HDHP) often reduces overall healthcare expenses while also providing financial protection in the event of a serious illness or injury requiring hospitalization.
