What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a simple membership for primary care.
You pay a flat monthly fee instead of per-visit charges or copays. Direct Primary Care does not take any insurance.
As part of your Direct Primary Care membership, you get:
Unlimited primary care for preventive, chronic, and acute needs
Easy access to your doctor with same/next-day visits, plus text/phone/video directly with your physician
Transparent pricing with many in-office services and procedures included in your membership;
If you need services outside our clinic (like advanced labs, imaging, or a referral to a specialist), we help you find high-value options with our community partnerships.
Longer visits and continuity with a board-certified family physician who knows you
Important note
Direct Primary Care membership is not insurance. We recommend pairing your membership with insurance coverage for emergencies, hospital care, and specialist services.
