In-Clinic Lab Draw
• Lab blood draw services are offered in our comfortable clinic suite to both members and non-members*.

Self-Service Labs
• Direct access to lab testing without a prescription, affordable self-pay cash pricing, no membership required*.
• Convenient local blood-draw access available in our comfortable clinic suite with a selection of our patient service center.
*Self-directed lab orders include the test and results only - physician interpretation and follow-up are not included. You’ll receive your raw lab results directly from Ulta Lab Tests; results do not come to our clinic. If you’d like a physician in our office to review and explain your results and plan next steps, you’re welcome to join as a member.
